Here are the answers to the most frequently asked questions about our cleaning services (Click question to show answer)

How much will my cleaning cost?

We believe in upfront flat rate prices. Our prices are based in the number of bedrooms/bathrooms your home has. This includes the kitchen, living room, and dinning room. There are discounts for recurring services and add-on services so you can have a cleaning tailored to your needs. All of the details are in the pricing page.

Can I get an estimate?

You can calculate the total price of your cleaning by visiting the booking page. The order summary section will include the total price, a summary of the services you selected, and a rough estimate of the time it will take to clean your home based on the services selected.

What happens after booking?

Immediately after submiting your booking we'll send you an email confirming that the booking was received. Our staff will review the details and send you a confirmation with the approximate estimated time of arrival shortly thereafter. We put a hold on credit card payments the night before cleaning date (this is not a charge).

What happens the day of the cleaning?

We'll follow any instructions you indicated for entering/leaving your home. If you're waiting for our team please allow a 30 minute arrival window to account for traffic and other mishaps. Your card will be charged for the service after we complete the cleaning.

When is my credit card charged?

We put a hold of funds the day prior to your cleaning. The funds are charged the day of the cleaning after we clean your home.

What's included in my cleaning?

Besides the Bathroom/Bedrooms you choose, our cleanings include the kitchen, living room, and dinning room. A checklist of the specific areas we clean is available in the pricing page.

What's not included?

The following items are not included as part of our cleaning services: exterior windows, mold removal, excessive clutter removal, heavy lifting, cleaning high surfaces, junk removal, cleaning of biohazards, post construction cleaning.

How long will my cleaning take?

The time varies from home to home. Our booking form includes a rough estimate of how long you'll cleaning will take based on the services you choose.

Do I need to be present during the cleaning?

It's up to you. Most of our customers are not present during their cleanings. There are different ways to arrange our visit. You may leave keys in a hidden place (under the mat, in the mailbox, etc...), with a neighbor, front desk, or give us a spare. We take great responsibility in securing keys and access to your property.

Do you provide your own cleaning products?

We'll bring everything necessary to clean your home. We use cleaning products that are pet and family safe. If you would like us to use your favorite cleaning product, just let us know where you keep it in your home and we'll accomodate your request.

How many people will come clean my home?

We usually work in teams of 2, but may send only 1 cleaner in homes with 3 bedrooms or less. We are a highly motivated cleaning team with vast experience in the cleaning industry. Rest assured that you'll receive a high quality cleaning!

What areas do you service?

We serve Baltimore City and areas of Baltimore County, Carroll County, and Howard County Maryland. Special arrangements can be made for homes outside our service area. Click here to see a map of the areas we serve.

What are your hours of operation?

Home cleaning services can be scheduled from 8AM through 4PM Monday through Saturday. Our office hours are from 9:00AM to 8:00PM Monday through Friday.

Are you bonded and insured?

We are bonded and insured. Our business is a registered LLC in the state of Maryland.
