We believe in upfront flat rate prices. Our prices are based on the number of bedrooms/bathrooms your home has. Discounts are available for recurring services and add-ons. Details are in the pricing page.

You can calculate the total price of your cleaning by visiting the booking page. The order summary includes total price and an estimate of time.

After submitting your booking we'll email you confirmation. Our staff reviews the details and sends a confirmation with ETA. We place a hold on payments the night before the cleaning.

We'll follow your entry instructions. Please allow a 30-minute arrival window. Your card is charged after the cleaning is completed.

Funds are held the day prior to your cleaning and charged the day of the cleaning after service completion.

Not included: exterior windows, mold removal, excessive clutter removal, heavy lifting, high surfaces, junk removal, biohazards, post-construction cleaning.

Time varies. The booking form includes a rough estimate based on selected services.

It's up to you. Many customers are not present. You can leave keys in a safe place or with a neighbor/front desk. We secure all access methods carefully.

Yes, we bring everything needed and use pet/family-safe products. If you prefer a specific product, tell us where it is and we'll use it.

Usually teams of 2, sometimes 1 for smaller homes. Our cleaners are experienced and detail oriented.
