Thank you so much for booking! Here’s what to expect next.


Arrival Window

The time you selected is an arrival window, not an exact start time. Our team may arrive anytime within that window. We’ll contact you if we’re running outside the window.

Cancelations

Because we reserve a time slot for you, please make any schedule changes with at least 24 hour notice to avoid incurring a $50 cancelation fee.

Billing

A hold will be placed in your card one day before service, but you are not charged until service is completed. You will receive an email invoice once your card is charged. Note that some banks show this hold as a charge, but it is just a pre-authorization.
